One of those days....

Have you ever had one of those weeks where your luck was just really bad? Well, that is how our month has been.

First, my car got repossessed. :-(

Then we were able to get a car for $200.00 :-) but unfortunately, the fuel pump went out on it :-( We finally got the fuel pump fixed and then on Friday (Halloween) someone deflated my back tires. :-O We still aren't sure if the passenger side is popped or not. It looks like they may have slashed them. Ryan is working on it today but he just called to tell me that there is a lock on the rims (which we don't have and might not be able to get) so the tire might have to stay on it. I just put a post on Craigslist to sell it but since we are leaving on Saturday, that is not likely to happen by then. If we don't sell it and can't get the tire fixed, we may have to rent a trailer so the entire car will go on it instead of just the front tires.

On a good note, we are moving on Saturday. :-) Packing is coming along although without the car, it has been difficult to get all the boxes we need. Ryan will pick more up today along with the groceries we need to get by for the week.

Princess Ivi is even beginning to get excited. Of course when her friends are jerks to her, it makes her want to move faster. I am rushing around getting papers in order for her to start school.

As far as knitting goes, I was able to finish a few projects within the last couple weeks:

The Flirty Scarf (made for my neighbors mom for her birthday). Made with two (2) balls of Rowan Spray.

Fingerless Boucle Gloves made for Princess Ivi.

I am also working on finishing up a stocking, a shawl, and a baby blanket.
